We generally bid on buildings no larger or smaller than this, which has contributed, in part, to our success. CRYSTAL BUILDING CORPORATION was a logical next step for owner/manager, Rakesh “Rocky” Chopra, who was already actively involved in all aspects of the service industry, including hospitality and building maintenance, since 1983. The building maintenance division was created and developed drawing on Rocky's experience and training in high-level service management which gave him a foundation for the organization of CRYSTAL BUILDING CORPORATION. Together with his wife, Sangeeta "Sandy" Chopra, Rocky ensures that each client recieves the highest level of service.

Each account has an assigned supervisor/manager who checks regularly on the work being done. Our supervisors provide additional training to our workers for the specific type of building they are assigned to handle. We are aware that there are different maintenance requirements depending upon the type of business and building environment. Our workers are trained to be attentive to the particular needs of a specific building or type of business.

Additionally, our professional office staff is available during the work week to solve problems, and our telephone is answered 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
